Question:What is the cancellation policy for hotels booked through GRAPH EXPO?

All cancellations and changes should be received by the GRAPH EXPO Housing Office (Expovision) by Friday, September 7, 2012. After this date, reservations and changes will be processed subject to availability. Each hotel has a specific cancellation policy that will appear on your confirmation once you have booked a room, but in general, your one-night room and tax deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 3 days prior your arrival date.
